Getting Back On the Saddle Again

It’a nice doing step aerobic with an old friend Cathe Friedrich.  I’m 52 years old now and I let myself go.

Around 2005, I was newly married and was in great shape. My husband remembers Cathe and my workout which allows me to look really sexy.  

I’m starting where my body is right now and working toward how strong and flexible super thin I was back then.  It’s about making changes and rehabilitate my body. Slow and steady gets you there. 

It’s nice to see you again, Cathe. Your workout allow my body to look so delicious back then and I am going back to what works.
