Day 2 strive for conviction

Sometimes I become indifferent and get sad or mad where I wonder if I am capable of getting my goals done. 

My thoughts 💭 get in the way of achieving my goals. The negative thoughts such as ”I don’t have to do this today “ or “ I’m too tired and had a bad night sleep..I just sleep in and don’t workout today”. 

I hope you can relate. How about  “I don’t care so I may as well just eat  that dessert.” 

This morning I woke up with stiffness all over my body. My big toe is slightly injured. There is a small piece of the toe nail that came off.   I almost didn’t do my morning run and walk for 34 minutes.  I was making excuses. 

Strive for persistent and the strong conviction to do it and act on your plan. Pretend and design a roadmap that you already succeeded.  

So here is my Moto “ I am committed to success. I am a size 2-4. I weigh 129 pounds. I am able to deal with emotional stress without using food for comfort.” 

So by doing my outdoor run  that burned 264 calories was worth the award of me feeling most excellent. 

I also made my homemade whole wheat  pizzas for the family and for lunch most of next week. 

So patience make me a success. I do the things that I need to succeed.
