The roots never forget their flowers. The flowers remember the root and are able to set forth the many blessings of Spring. The root set the foundation for your life and gets you to soar like eagle wings into your future. Learning from the lessons and appreciating your roots, will bring the enlightenment of Spring of a renewed sense of purpose and self.

The roots are your personal life history from birth and now. So as an adult, your body physically and emotionally feels all the anxieties, fears, or shame from your yesterdays that occasionally get you to feel stuck now. Your mind and body set forth a series of habits and behaviors that works for the purpose of keeping you safe from harm. It is a conditioned response to the stress, traumatic events, and all the drama of your life that may set you into panic mode.

As a young person or a kid, you are like Sponge Bob Square Pants. Meaning, you are soaking up all the attitudes, values, beliefs, or actions of your parents, grandparents, siblings, or any adults that you looked up to. Sometimes your actions mirror the good, bad, and ugly of the people whom you love and care about. Your mind is still growing and doesn’t become an adult until the age of 25.
By becoming more consciously aware of your patterns, you can move forward to where you want to be—toward the positive benefits of immense gratitude for being able to either start learning how to help people heal their pain with hypnosis and NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) by becoming a hypnotist.

Whatever your goals may be, your strategy or pattern needs to be based on the success model and NOT the survival model. The success model of change is you seeking a realistic solution to your problem and your mind is working toward a solution that is more practical toward the attitudes, values, and belief that you are a good person deserving of success.

"Correct, don't protect" when dealing with yourself. That is the slogan Stuart Emery came up with decades ago. As long as we can change our view with more information, we have a chance of relative accuracy. “ Scott McFall

When correcting your strategy or pattern, it is in the zone of being more secure, safe, and comfortable being you. You just do you. You are okay with being just you. You are okay with the idea of losing control, failing, and making mistakes. You see, mistakes and failures are the roads toward the stepping stones to your success.
Protecting is based on self-anger, resentment, or self-comparison with someone else. Protecting your feelings with it is ego high, or ego low is always overwhelming and occasionally painful. You cannot copy what you truly envy. This is a painful road to self-sabotage, fear, and scrutiny.

So, follow the teachings of Scott McFall to where you correct and don’t protect. Your self-belief, self-assurance, and self-confidence are characteristics of who you really are. It is about building a strategy of success that keeps you safe, secure, and comfortable in keeping your higher self with you always.
