Southeast Hypnosis hopes your holiday season was joyous and filled with many happy memories.

Today is the 3rd day of 2022 where we make New Year Resolutions only to succeed for a couple months and give up because what you want didn’t come fast enough.  Make 2022 totally different by following these incredible hypnosis tips.

It’s a brand-new year and today is about charting and writing down your goals or dreams on a piece of paper.  It’s a fresh new start in 2022 so start off with a fresh, clean, and new notebook.  Write down what you want.  Channel your inner confidence creator and goal getter personality by pretending that you already succeeded. Let your imagination soar while you focus on the benefits of achieving.

What do you see when you have it? What resources do you need to have it? What would change when you have it? What would you hear when you have it? What will you feel when you have it? These achievements can happen when you take action.

State your goals in positive terms.  These goals are initiated and maintained by you.  Use specific sensory descriptions of outcomes and steps needed to get there.  Is this goal right for you? Right for your loved ones?  Right for the world?  Does this goal increase your choice? Keep up your motivation by finding more than one way to get the outcome.

Again, the first step is specific and achievable.  The principle of your success is to know your outcome, take actions, have sensory acuity, have behavioral flexibility, and operate from a physiology and psychology of excellence.

Keep up with the right mental attitude and be disciple to reach your long-term goals you set.  Chart faithfully your goals and chart your progress daily so that you can be reminded that you are heading in the right direction.  Your attitude is go ahead and just to it now.
